Thinking of modifying my old scooter.
Already put in a cone filter. Thinking of upjetting. How much to upjet?

Probably because nobody on the site is familiar with the Kinetic Honda 2t.
Check the spark plug. If the insulator is nice and tan, leave it be. If your insulator is a very pale tan, you will benefit from going a few jets richer.
Google "reading spark plugs" to get some examples of what the plug looks like under lean and normal conditions.
