Rambo might probably be considered more macho. But I like Dirty Harry way better. "Do ya' feel lucky, punk? Well, do ya?"
Plus the Dead Pool has one of my fave scenes--the car chase through San Fran with the little r/c car. I had noticed early on that Harry was driving an Olds. So when the chase started, I told my friends, "Watch Harry, he's gonna' nose out, every bump and hill!" And of course every one, that Olds' nose smacked the road POW. Afterwards, they all asked how I knew. I answered, "Simple. I have one." Suspension like a sponge. An incredible ride!

Wow!
BOTH these guys are as "macho" as an NFL jock-strap... Hard choice, but I still have to go with Dirty Harry. "Rambo" is such a fabulous, over-the-top action-hero, but Dirty Harry, while still "fictitious" is SO believable as a sixties/seventies-era real-life cop. Everything "black and white" with NO gray areas. No BS, and NO mercy. Hmmmm... Could America use a little of that "baditude" in Washington today? Oh yeah... OH YEAH!!!
