A '50's Eagle, they are not. OK for the retro lovers, but expensive, and not an automotive engine. Of course, the original Cushmans used a really archaic flathead motor. Only around 8hp, but a ton of torque. I loved them back in the day. A lot of acceleration and would top 60mph with the 2-speed Eagle tranny. The original centrifugal AND manual clutch was a hoot to ride, too.
I haven't posted in a long time. My scoots been down for 2 years now, and health issues have slowed me to a crawl. I hope to get "Minnie Mouse" running again this spring... Maybe!
