The only way I know to find replies to my posts is by going to my profile under notifications, but that doesn't tell me if I have replies, only if someone quotes me in a reply. Otherwise I just scour around on the forum or in my posts and see if anyone has replied. Is there a way to get notifications when someone replies to our posts?

When someone quotes you a automatic notification will appear to you when you login that you have a notification which when clicked on will bring up a list of your threads/posts you have participated in. When you login the quote will be on the list, just like this one I just did quoting you. It's going to say that you were quoted by....... and you can click on it and you will go straight to the person who quoted you in that thread. Also if you are logged in and posting and a member quotes you while you are on any thread as soon as you click any function such as create a post, thread or even just go to a different page on the forum the quote notification will again let you know you have been quoted by a member and you can go straight to that quote.
In your miniprofile to the left is your username and avatar. If you put your mouse cursor over your name or any other members name a pop up box appears with 3 things, a option to PM the user, the user's recent threads and posts. If you click on your own recent threads a list of threads will appear and the last person listed to the right is the last person who posted on that thread, if you see your name you'll know that no one has answered/replied to the last post you made. If you see another name besides your own you will know that someone replied since you posted, you can click on it and immediately go to that thread.
Lastly if you login you have immediate options to see the latest posts and threads by members and if it hasn't been too long since you logged in you can click on one of those options to see if someone has replied to your post, they are New Topics, Recent Threads and Recent Posts all right under the banner.
