While I love both, I'm giving it to Zorro. He's been around lots longer. I've watched reruns since I was little, long before Princess Bride was thought of. He rides a horse named (translated) Tornado. There's lots of Zorro comics. And there's the nifty theme song.
Plus when I worked the local Ren Fest, my character was Katherine dela Vega, married to Don Diego dela Vega. Sadly, only one person got the joke, and he was a patron.

Gotta agree with Kat!
Good old Zorro was a childhood hero of mine too... And his friendly "enemy" Sgt. Garcia was his perfect "straight-man"... LOL!
We could use a few real-life Zorros in Washington today...
