Inertial brake light switch

Saw this little item. It will flash your brake light when you are engine braking from down shifting or just abruptly closing the throttle. The inertial switch in the box senses deceleration and illuminates the brake light even when you haven't applied the brakes. I guess the inertial switch would also illuminate the brake light if the switch on your brake lever/pedal failed too.
