Hello, I came over from the old forum. When I start my scooter up while its cold and go to give it throttle it kills the engine. But if I let it run for a couple minutes it does fine under throttle. Any ideas?
Also, I can not get the scooter over 6k rpms when at full throttle. Will choosing lighter roller weights fix this?

HELLO & WELCOME i think i 'member the name
the starting prob, might be this your auto choke/enricher is engaging and if you give it gas, your flooding it.
when u 1st start it, does the rpm's go higher than normal then settle down to where it should be.??
again im NOT a mech

Yes the rpms start higher then go down where they should be. I have to wait til they go down before I can give it gas otherwise it will die. Thanks for your help
