i think my cylinder is still good tho surprisingly...i went ahead and paid 120 buckaroos that i dont freakin have for a new airsal kit anyway tho. i will post pic of the cylinder if youd like, it has a few visible marks but nothing you can feel, i think it could be honed out. anyway, back to my question of why did the pin freeze, and how to prevent that from wasting another piston? also how to remove the excess piston from my damn engine?

I think it was defective from the get go, the walls are thinner around the ring slots so I think it was just weak there and lifted up. Alleyoop

Sorry for your trouble , most places do not cover performance parts you can try . I was a little off thinking crank bearings .

you were still a huge help john! thank you..i have already ordered a new kit, i just hope nothing was put together wrong and thats why it failed and it doesnt happen again..
