I am looking for parts for a 2008 TNG Lowboy 150. I need a rear drive pulley (clutch not needed). I know TNG is out of business but I suspect that the drive pulley is pretty generic. Is there a Kymco or other brand scooter that would have compatible parts?

Check the manufactures identification plate attached to the scooter. This plate should indicate that your scooter is really made by Znen, so, you cam Google Znen Parts and find the part you need.

Try scooterparts4less they will have it. I have bought many parts for my zenn 150. they have fast delivery.
