Mac could do almost anything with just his pocket knife and duck tape. How much more macho can you get than that?
Plus Richard Dean Anderson was always so-way cuter than Tom Selleck.

Mac didn't drive around in another man's car. He owned his Jeep. And his old blue pickup (I betcha' one of you guys even knows what model it was).
You know, if you really think about it, Magnum was sort of a kept man.
