THAT should look GREAT on your modern scooter, and complement the factory color! If you want to make an "edge" dividing the carbon fiber from the paint, you can also get auto-grade adhesive trim (chrome, or black) in widths thin enough to look "right" on a scooter. I used them on my old 150 to separate the factory 2-tone paint and it went on nice, and was still tight and looking good after 5 years... Neat stuff available nowadays.

I've seen the carbon fiber vinyl on some high-end "crotch-rockets" and it really DOES look real! You'll like it!
