Leo, I bought (ordered from ebay) some back vinyl, in a "carbon fibre" pattern. I think it will look great! Just got to fix that crack in the fairing, and when the vinyl arrives... I think it could actually look better than the original paint! Alex,
THAT should look GREAT on your modern scooter, and complement the factory color! If you want to make an "edge" dividing the carbon fiber from the paint, you can also get auto-grade adhesive trim (chrome, or black) in widths thin enough to look "right" on a scooter. I used them on my old 150 to separate the factory 2-tone paint and it went on nice, and was still tight and looking good after 5 years... Neat stuff available nowadays. I've seen the carbon fiber vinyl on some high-end "crotch-rockets" and it really DOES look real! You'll like it!Please post pix!Leo
