I just thought I'd share. (Haven't posted since the old forum. My I've grown) But yeah while troubleshooting my bike the other day, I was pulling this and that to get to the bottom of things, (Turned out to be the voltage regulator *sigh* ) I had pulled my ignition coil, and then kick starting the bike no longer worked. Tore my baby apart, and then found out the reason for that bit. Dropped the tiny screw from the coil down in the flywheel case while freaking out and not paying attention. It was just a kick in the face how the smallest things make our little bikes tick. Onward to the local bike shop tomorrow for a new voltage regulator anyway, but I thought I'd share the laugh with everyone.

Another blonde here, and I just did my BBK install a couple of days ago. Dropped one of the carburator nuts into the head. Took me 20 minutes looking for something to fish it out with, ended up using a spoke from an old broken bicycle wheel, the bent end with the mushroom head worked perfectly.
Lesson learned, I've had the carb off three times since re-jetting, and I've been sure to lay the nuts aside before pulling the carb up, rather than laying them on the air shroud! ;X
