Ok...I just watched several Twist 'n Gone videos from Jeremy Hall of Enviromoto... In the 2T classes 72-100cc I see the winners have an ET speed of 33-36mph... and the 150 4T's have the same. My Adly Thunderbike has only a BBK..2k clutch springs...1.5k torque spring and a Tecnigas Next R pipe.... along with a few tweaks here and there.. Rest is stock..even the airbox. It is my daily driver and very streetable. It will hit an honest(gps) 35mph in a lil over 50 feet..quickly climb to 56mph @ 8.5k...then drop down to 7.5k yet hold the same speed. ryan on here has ridden it and will tell ya..35mph is a matter of only a few short seconds..(not 11-13 seconds it takes them)and it zooms up from there. Granted I only weigh 145lbs. But are they running Twist 'n Gone at 660feet (1/8) mile? Using a range finder I marked off 660 feet and did 5 runs...each time I was at 45-47mph. So are they announcing the speeds wrong in the videos??.. Or am I just lucky with mine...and it is an oddity?..

I think the speed is the average speed for the run from a stop not the top speed at the end...

Not sure what mph they are saying. I run 15.00 @ 41mph and #250 at that track. See..now that is respectable and what speed I would expect. But when the videos show top Contenders finish up and win with a speed of 32-36 mph.. Guess I got spoiled in the military as over seas in Italy..Japan as well as most of the European and Asian countries they Road Race Scooters. To see them pull a wheelie coming out of a turn was just too much to believe.. wow.

T&G best ever. 2nd in the 50-70cc 2T class. Fastest scoot Snoopy 8.39 78mph. The best was was meeting the best scooter racer ever John Eads back in 1958 14:46 /89.46mph on a Cushman scooter in the 1/4 mile. He jumped on it at yrs. young and made a pass. Just think a lot of racecars didn't go that fast then
