Just the thought of syncing those carbs and drivetrain connections has given me a headache lol and I remember the trouble I had when I synced old honda cbx 6 cylinder bikes .

The carbs don't need to be in sync. They probably use a bar to steer all carbs together, but if one engine is pulling harder than another, doesn't really matter on this thing.
