50cc 139qmb engine 2011 propel del-ray Once it will start-then when you shut it off and try to re-start it it will just crank and crank. I put a new fuel pet-cock and new fuel and vacuum lines also a new carb/ intake manifold. Before i bought it used, the kid had it tipped over on right side and broke off part of brake handle. could it have damaged or loosened the kill switch wires. Has anyone run into a problem like this? any suggestions?
