Got the motor all buttoned up and put it in the scooter.I think it,s gonna be a bear!I had a real hard time to get it to finally fire up. Had to use the battery from the rider mower. sounds great, screams on the stand. I'm charging my battery now, hope it;s enough to fire that puppy. I'll ride it later or tomorrow.heres what I did:
qmb 139 scrappydog 50mm BBK & 47mm head with the releif ground in it,Hoca piston 1 base 1 head gasket, A9 cam 18mm carb
jet stock airbox 2 stroke style exhaust with expansion chamber, Koso variator with 5 gram sliders, 1500 RPM clutch springs,16/50 gears.
