This might not be leagle in the USA and or it might be a violation of the Probords and Paypals TOS. You had better check, if anything goes wrong, you could face fraud charges, and you doin't want that. I would play it safe and take that thread down NOW!  |

Ok guys I took it down I did look into paypal they dont care. As far as PB I sent a link to PB asking if its ok. Now I have a new Scooter and dont know what I am going to do with it   |

I have taken this matter up with PB's and until I receive word from them one way or another my advice here is to treat this as a scam and ignore it along with the raffle for the scooter.
