I ordered my new taotao atm50 from them they were very nice and helpful they use Roadrunner Transportation Services for shipping it to me shipping was to be 5 days but do to a bad storm it was 7 days for shipping but still not bad for shipping time and paper work comes with your scooter unlike some the only bad thing was a crack in the cvt cover and a very very small scratch on the headlight bezel but atv4less is sending me a new one and even offered me a new helmet for the trouble i told them that they do not have to give me the helmet as i was happy to know they stand behind there stuff and was told that if i need any part down the road to just call to order any thing i need.
