Ok so i have been searching for a place in Alaska like most of you know. So far i have checked a bunch of places with no luck. Today i find this place listed on craigslist. Amazing deal 40 acres with road access which is amazing!!  and a cell tower 7 miles away. So who wants to donate to the Walter wants to move to Alaska fund?? I'm willing to bet that he got the land for free. A few years ago Anderson, Ak was giving land away to get the town population to grow. The deal was you could have it for free but you had like 5 years to get a cabin/house on it. If it wasn't complete the city took the land back. Every few years they do this so check the citys homepage to see if they are going to do it again anytime soon. Then all you need to do is have a cabin built and delivered.

This sure looks like a nice place, Not knowing Alaska real estate I don't know prices. I own and have bought land in the NY state Adirondacks. I payed 10,000 for a 1 acre bare lot and another place I bought was 32 acres with a cabin on it for 13,500, I have always made money buying and selling real estate. Location, location, location so be careful and do your homework.
