The kevlar belt in itself can generate heat as it is tougher than the drive sheaves and can cause grooving of the aluminum drive faces along with heavy harmonic vibrations. Belt slip can also be perceived as clutch slip. Double check that the replacement belt is not too long and starting to slip when it gets hot.
How did the filter on the CVT cooling inlet look? Many who have CVT and belt issues do so because they don't include cleaning the CVT air filter as part of their oil change regimin.
The wheel washers should not rub and require lubricating so something else is wrong when they do.

I dont think it is the kevlar belt because when I bought a regular belt because I thought that was the issue for the overheating after driving for about 5 minutes the belt basically exploded and inside of the cvt area it was extremely hot. Hot enough that it actually started to melt the variator fan a bit. The air filter on the cvt is just a little screen designed to keep out any small rocks or anything I guess. Air flow seems fine though from what I can see.

My Kevlar belt just broke on it. Thought those were suppose to be indestructible Just bought a new Bando Performance drive belt thats made of aramid cord. I also bought a new variator is there anything else that could be the cause for the excess heat?

Excessive heat can be caused by the belt being too long and slipping, either the cooling inlet or outlet being plugged up or restricted, clutch and variator drive faces being out of alignment (could be due to incorrect spacers or worn shaft or bearings), drive faces being glazed or oil contaminated causing belt slippage, clutch shoes not engaging fully and slipping, clutch sheaves not closing completly causing belt slip at start-off, rollers too light and not putting enough pressure on belt allowing it to slip, broken or weak clutch springs and possibly a few unknows too.
