Ive been driving myself crazy tweaking my top end. No matter what jet i was using it ran great..except at the top end just a weeee bit was missing! I took off my airbox and say that i had forgotten to remove a small piece of tape i had covering the center hole! Removed and problem solved...2 days wasted.. Then I found a pic to post and now i see that hole I had plugged is actually missing the screw and some sort of foam element as well!!! Mine didnt come with this stuff.  |

Mine neither , just the plug . No screw hole for a screw either. Have thought of leaving it off just to see if any better performance could be gotten from it though .

You wont. Just having that tiny hole covered threw off my AF. Take it off and it will fall on its face without changing jets.
