im sorry you are right 105 main..i was talking to some one else sorry..but the spacer is a 24mm correct? never like them spacer's they crack and are a pain... yes the spacer is 24mm but as i said it has to be there. So any suggestions on what size to go up to? i remember finding a page on this forum somewhere that converts the drill bit sizes to jet sizes and i cant seem to find it again. anyone want to give me the link? and since im running lean should i not drive it for long distances. my job is about 10 miles away from my house is that too far?

lower the clip will raise the needle=rich=more fuel...raise the clip=lean=less fuel.

yes but the needle do's not come all the way out of the main.....so by lowering the clip it will come out of the jet more...if you know what im saying......

ya i think i do. my allowing the needle to come out more youll get more gas flow through the jet.

it's very easy to do.your clip is probly in the middle so drop it down one.

Good thinking buford there are so many with non-adjustable clips I quit thinking of it as an option. Do be careful

ok so i just dropped it down to the bottum clip my take off was slower but the backfiring and popping wasnt any where near as bad as it was so this definitely means i need to go a bigger main jet then. and when i parked in my garage i could smell something burning didnt smell like plastic almost smelled like oil burning. i have a feeling thats really not good.
