Is there video editing software out there that I can edit my cell phone videos with? I'd like to add music and speed up video rides.

On second thought, maybe I should find a new video camera with editing features. My cell phone isn't the best form to capture the video, it often focuses on the scooter handlebars as I put the phone in my breast pocket. Not the best set up. Maybe you guys can suggest a different video camera that I can mount on my helmet or on my handlebars or something. Not a GoPro though, its too expensive.

ok. I would like to get something I can mount on my chest or helmet , maybe the bike....though I think its too much vibration on the bike..
