What is the best replacement part and what would cause the bubbling of bulbs? Anyone got some better than OEM for sale that can be delivered yesterday? Why is it so hard to post in this forum? PN: GA0T12V18/18W  Edit: PN could be GOAT 12V18/18W? |

That is not the part number. It is 12 volt with 18 watt low beam and 18 watt high beam. A bubbling could be caused because the bulb was handled with bare hands. Never touch a head light bulb with bare hands because the oils ruin the glass. Use latex gloves or a paper towel to handle the headlight bulbs.
