So far my Kymco Agility 50 has been a mixed bag as far as parts fitting.
The basic engine parts such as the crank, oil pump and piston/cylinder all fit right off the Chinese scooters.
Other things such as the carburetor jet are a completely different animal.
I took a chance with some of the "performance" final drive gears for a Chinese scoot and got around to taking the rear gear case apart today.
It all looks familiar but the small replacement gear that came in the kit is a larger diameter than the old gear where it presses into the larger gear (does that make sense?) so this is a non-starter.
So what are my options here?
Does someone make "performance" gears for the Agility?
Could I get that intermediate gear from a Chinese scoot and press my new pinion into it? I think that as long as the diameter of the gear itself is correct and the tooth spacing matches I should be okay but where do you get something like that?
