Just bought a "new" 2012 BMS Federal 50 moped from my work that got them for free. Upon taking it out of the box/crate and hooked up the battery and started it, I noticed the turn signals don't work. Everything else works perfect electrical wise. Tried replacing the fuse and checking the battery hook-up. I am clueless as what to do because this is my first moped. Any suggestions?

You are going to have to take the front panel off and look for a loose connection or bad ground in the turn signal circuit. Could also be a bad turn signal switch or a bad turn signal relay. Could also be bad bulbs but it is unlikely that all 4 would go bad at the same time.
