i have had nothing but problems scince i got my scooter but it finally runs. and runs fairly good. i have had it maxed out at 80 mph but didnt keep it there long cause i herd running it WOT is bad on engine. a few minor things need tweeked and i need a few suggestions to point what to do. one. my fuel level indicator will show im on empty...i fill up but only fill 1 gal....its a 3.4 gal tank. but when i run it on after a gal...it sputters and acts like its about to die... would this be a bad fuel level indicator. clogged fuel line or filter or a combination of all the above. also. i notice that after i have ran it at about 65mph and i pull both break levers. the right brake lever (front brake) pulls in to normal level but the left brake lever (rear) will pull in about half way then jump and allow me to pull all the way in. then when i release the left brake lever and re-pull it. the lever comes in to normal level aprx half way in...would this mean that i need to replace my rotors and pads or what. it also sounds like when i ride there is an almost ticking like sound when the rear wheel spins that i think it might be the roters and brake pads woblling up against each other. thank you for any help.

Do you have the <08 or 2011+ version? the 2011 versions come with EFI, the 08 and prior versions come with carburetor.
The carburetor can be set incorrectly.
I also think you may have air in your hydraulic line. get that checked out!

I have a really hard time filling the gas tank on mine. Here in California we have a pollution control cuff around the gas nozzle that has to be pushed back to allow the pump to run, and there's no easy way to do it on the BMS260. So, the tank never really gets filled.
My rear brake was doing something similar and I found that the caliper was really loose. The rubber fitting over one of the slide posts was just gone. Sometimes I could pull the brake and get nothing, other times it worked depending on whether the caliper was straight or jammed crooked. I got new parts from Absolutely Scooters online. Fixed that.
An electric fuel pump, Carter P60504, fixed the fuel delivery problems.
