First you have to go to photobucket or some photo site and upload a pic there Next you will get a code for that picture and copy/ paste it into the avatar or signature box  If you have any questions just ask |

Yep three outlets and an electric coffee mug. OK I paid the ransom since y'all hijacked the thread; scooter tag is when you post a picture of your scoot with the same/similar elements that the last person posted in their picture. After you do that, you load a new image (in this case, it needs to be something rural people can find).

If you can't find one, you can skip the round or find something that looks just like the dock, even if it's just the entrance to a seafood restaurant. Then you park your scoot beside/in front of/behind that location. Once you mimic it, then you load a fresh picture of your scooter next to whatever. (Rural, in this case, so no giant statues or skyscrapers or taxi cabs...)
