Interesting site for test results of helmets by a company in tthe UK.
A couple of things, the products reviewed on this site are not always comparable to products sold here. Bell helmets is a different entity in the UK and the helmets are not the same. Others may be the same products under different names, and many helmets are not available stateside. It does provide an unbiased testing of many models.
I was surprised to see the Arai helmets (which I was just going to purchase because they are the "best" according to many) fared poorly on side impacts in most of the models tested. My Scorpion EXO 700 fared better and was cheaper.

The one thing that surprised me is how much better the ratings for Shoei are than Arai given the similar reputation. The Shoei Qwest helmet seems to be the best buy of the "expensive" helmets. About $330 for a 5 star rating. The Arai are higher priced with much lower ratings in general. HJC was the other brand I recognized, and they seem to have very marginal impact ratings.
