Went I took off my variator for the first time I broke off two fins and the prongs on the end of the holding tool were bent every which-way. Why do they put that nut on so tight? If I remember correctly (according to the 244cc Honda manual I use) it's only supposed to be about 40-45 lb. Who tightens them at the factory, King Kong?
