I was looking at some old 49cc heads and a big valve NCY head.
49cc heads use 2 valves 64/69mm length.
I used a cheap plastic veneer calipers.
I measured intake port, exhaust port, valve size.
Might be some useful info.
17mm exhaust port. 69mm length off a 63cc Eng.
17mm intake port
16mm ex valve
19mm in valve
18.5mm ex port. 64mm length off a 49cc
18.5mm in port
16mm ex valve
19mm in valve
22.5mm ex port. NCY 64mm length for 81cc
24mm in port
19mm ex valve
21mm in valve
