Buy a new stator and replace the whole thing for 50-60 bucks. how you break it. you will need a flywheel puller

Of course if one is replacing the stator to make a repair, one may think about performing an upgrade at once.

it looks like part of the case. i was thinking, it was just back bracing the pickup, and holding a bracket that held the stator wire. it has a metal backplate between the pickup and the other screw where its broke. could just bend the metal brace back, and it would hold the piece that holds the bracket, and hold it, in that, or its aluminum. can epoxy work? what kind of aluminum welding?

Put JB weld on it use the pickup to hold it in place from the pic it would be hard to weld the case doesnt look like theres much material left on the case
Ive used JB weld on alot of things get some carb cleaner to clean it so it gets the dirt out in the tiny holes the most important thing to do is make sure you let it dry ive gotten in a hurry and broke it because i didnt let it dry

oh well. do you think it would, pickup, the same. how close, does the pickup have to be to fire right. how much would set it off. too much. what if it was 1 degree, is that 1 degree around it?
1 degree off. i thik i can find a 4 stroke one. i need a flywheel puller. does geniune parts match up, some cvt's are close?
