Dave,..love the Bug's Bunny & Roadrunner Show with Speedy and Foghorn.
Doug,...I agree with you,... Andy Griffith. Other favorites are Golmer Pyle and Leave it to Beaver. What happened to those simple-life shows?
I guess they've been Blown Away by a Terminator until The End of Days.....

My Dad would get upset with me and my brother during Rat Patrol, 'cause we'd sit there pointing out all the flaws. Great fun show though.

Doesn't anybody know what big-dog jazz composer wrote Batman? There's this fab v-prize that's just going to waste....
Yes Hank, you're allowed to answer if you know.
And Hank, what was Wally Cox famous for? I know it wasn't Hollywood Squares or Underdog. But that's all I know him from. I feel deprived.

OMG, Dave, you also watched Run Joe Run ?! I even bought one of those videos at a comics con--totally unwatchable, sadly. This of course was back in the day of dubbed-to-tape that was probably 20-times removed from the original.
Gosh, I really enjoyed Sat mornings. All the cartoons. All the live shows (Joe, ElectraWoman, etc). In The News (where I learned A LOT about the world!). Schoolhouse Rock (where I learned A LOT about EVERYTHING!). I lived for when each network would broadcast their premier show for the coming season of Sat morn.
Kids really are missing out nowadays.

And Hank wins a fabulous v-prize of his choice. Here, reach into my Bag of Tricks and take your prize.
I want to either find the Batman or arrange it for Jazz/Swing band. I think it'd be hilarious for our announcer to talk about one of our Hefti-songs (like Cute, maybe), and then next song go "Oh, yeah, he also did one that's a bit more familiar, maybe" and hit Batman. I really would love to know the story behind how they got him for that. And Odd Couple--I didn't know he'd written that, but now that I know it's very obviously a Hefti song.
