Update 6/14 300 odo meters (not sure if it's km or Mi, think km).
I've noted a large amount of metallic parts still in the oil after the initial oilchanges.
Oilchange interval seem to be on par with the 50cc's, meaning:
50km, 150km, 300km.
The initial oil that came out looked like new, but for some reason there was a lot of debris in the middle/end of draining the oil.
I suspect it has something to do with the gearbox and engine using the same oil, but also, the piston seems horizontal (perhaps the top isn't lubricated enough), but the oil in the compartment is about the same as that of a 50cc engine. Very little, barely wetting the bottom of the crankcase.
I tried 5W30, which was too light, and the clutch started skipping. Now I put 10W30 in there, much better, but still some minor clutch slip at the peak of it's torque band. Probably going to switch over to 10W40 like the manual says.
Also when the engine is hot, the idle RPM's go up to the point where the bike is wanting to go forward (clutch gripping).
I'm having a faulty contact somewhere, the electric wiring is not working properly somewhere on the fuse.

I don't find "Jap bike" as offensive as you calling me "quite lazy" and accusing me of "knowingly offending" some as if you know what is in my brain or what my intent was. That term is used frequently referring to a group of motorcycles not a group of people. I'm not from the WWII era and quite frankly I have never even heard anybody use Jap as derogatory. Sorry I am not as enlightened as yourself. I stand corrected. This coming from someone that has "Friends don't let friends ride Chinese scooters!" as his tag line stereotyping all Chinese scooters as being junk or dangerous . I guess something must be bad just because it is made by the Chinese people? What are you saying they don't posses the intellect to produce a good motorcycle? I think that might offend some Chinese. Read it again I was responding to Prodigit who I have had this conversation with before. Not sure where you got my tagline from I used to own a Chinese scooter. I offered you some information is all as I assumed you didn't know it was an offensive term to some. Enjoy your bike sir. |

I find all this political correctness sickening! it has gone too far!Now contractors can't even build a Master bedroom cause it's offensive!! has to be an owners suite. Women find rosie the riveter offensive.Where does it end?I'd like sometimes to slap these people silly!

Not using offensive racial slurs isn't PC its courtesy. I agree with PC being taken to far but not using racial slurs is not too far. If you would like to try slapping me I can provide you with my address... Let me know I'll post it here and anyone is welcome to come give it a whirl.

I agree with not using racial slurrs, but some take it too far. I am a contractor too.( although industrial not residential). You are offended easily arent you? It's ok for blacks to liberally use the n word amongst themselves even out loud and in public though huh? Please don't tell me you are one of those peta people or one of those oh no you can't say that people cause thats what offends me.I'm of portuguese decent, and the word portugee or greenhorn do not offend me.Sissys who try to change the way people communicate do!Pretty soon some liberal will tell us we cannot retard timing, we must delay it.

Using phrases like I'm want slap them and sissy is purposely offensive. Why you are defending something you agree is wrong is beyond me. I am quite conservative actually just thought I would let people know that jap was a racial slur. If you don't care you can continue in your way. On an international forum the highest level of consideration should be used. What black people do with each other doesn't concern me really they can call each other whatever they want. I was letting the guy know something he admits he didn't know. Any way enjoy your day sissy

Calling someone ignorant isn't insulting or derogatory it just means they don't know something.
