Thanks for sharing the video.
My bike takes throttle to start sometimes, could this be due to "off" valves?

yes the valves will cause a host of different symptoms . Even if that is not the problem it will not hurt anything . T air fuel mix could be off a bit too . When setting the mix you want to start with good valve lash , tight vacuume clean air filter and tight air intake . Then adjust the a/f .
