BTW, the build quality looks a whole lot better than what you get on the average China scoot.

FET's use very little power . That is what I was looking for . John Yes they do,,they are alot faster when they switch on/off also,,but not as reliable as the good old bi-polar transistor.They run hotter as well.So there is a toss up.Guess you have to take the good with the bad.Id rather have reliability then a little more performance myself. |
