Looking at this image I see your bike has a half wave charging system stock. These work OK. To implement the existing wiring on the bike and not modify anything pull the old stator off and reuse it. Or if you don't have it you can buy one. If you want to increase power for more lights or a sound system you can Upgrade to the 3phase system. For this to work you need a 3 phase reg/rec. You also need to rewire the headlights(yellow wire to feed off the ign switch. You also need to set the sence wire for the regulator to the B+ 12 volt battery all the time. Then you are done. The black wire needs to tie in on the black ignition wire off of the key switch which feeds from the red off of the battery. If you tie it in before the battery on the red R/R feed it doesn't truly read voltage pull of the system. The system pulls voltage mainly from the battery and the red only charges the battery as needed by what the black wire tells it to do. JR

Just a quick update. I swapped out the stator, and put in a new battery. Everything is charging and working well. I ordered a set of jets today, and should have them in a week or so. The engine sounds really good and healthy, but it cuts/bogs when I give it more than 1/4 throttle. The 115 jet is hopefully the culprit. I took the advice of many, and ordered a kit that includes a 115, 120, 125, 130, 135. I'm going to start with the 125, and see how that works. Thank you to everyone who helped me get this far. If you guys were closer I would take you all out to lunch. Once it running and broken in I will write a full write up regarding the whole process, and performance results. So far, they seem promising.

Did the "200cc" kit come with a 11 pole stator or did you upgrade to it?
I just wonder if getting the kit would require getting the 11 pole stator fixed like you have been going through.
My engine got impaled from inside destroying the middle of the cases with a hole in it. So I'm looking at new engine kits and I think my best bang for my buck will be with the "200cc" kit.
Also what is the real CC"s of that kit?
