So I recently got a TaoTao ATM50, it arrived on Thursday of last week, had a good weekend riding it. I changed out the gear and motor oil. Did a quick inspection of the bike, but little did I notice the front brake line was kinked a bit, where it was held against the fork. It looks like there was a rubber piece that was supposed to be between the line and the medal piece holding it to ensure it doesn't kink or cut the line. It ended up causing pressure and busting a hole in the line. I ordered a new line off of eagleatvparts. Other than that I've been breaking in the motor and it seems to be running good, knock on wood.
My question is, are these lines simple to replace? Or am I going to have to tear off the plastics to reattach the old line and attach the new line?
Also, I've noticed that the front break rubs at times, even with the hose line having a hole in it, any suggestions on that?
Thanks

I would just take the front cover off to run the front brake line and you can check the allen bolt that hold the disk on the wheel tighten them might help with the disc making contact with pads
