Completely put together and allI would have to do is bolt it on. All those little pieces i see on some sights make me nervous lol..

I think the best you could hope for is the rocker gear assembled, head and valves assembled, the rest in bits.
There's an order to it, and you can't really get past a couple of sub assemblies before the job is impossible.

Yep everything bolts on but a new top end is always somewhat complicated

You can buy an engine already done but be ready to spend. That is probably the easiest route
