all tucked in, chained down tight.
Took the back handle off,
so she fit sideways, buncha other stuff stacked in there.
man she's gonna need some TLC when i get back.

I don't know how to winterize a scooter any better than you would do anything else with an engine, but I know some things you THINK would be ok like draining the fuel line can become a bad deal if the fuel still remains in trace amounts as it will turn bad and tarnish everything it touches. What I was looking into was a fuel system flush that was comprised of fuel stabilizer. I don't think the fuel stabilizer can actually change it's composition, hence it's usefulness as a long term stabilizer. If that is the case it would seem that a full and thorough flush would make your fuel system completely stabile for how ever long you need. If that is the case you wouldn't even need to do any maintenance the next time you use it other than a quick drain of the system and fill with fresh fuel. The oil has been in the ground for a million years, it isn't going to go bad. That's it, toss a new battery in and you're good to go.

It's supposed to snow overnight here in the Atlanta suburbs. Then, it turns to sleet, and all melts off by the afternoon.

Good idea. Lets see.... It's going to be  + here today. No pets except one woodpecker that insists on trying to drill my steel patio roof. Almost sounds like machine gun fire.....I've been looking for a small dog but no luck.....my health is 100% except a little back pain. I'm originally from Buffalo, NY so I can feel for you guys up there in snow land....A good friend lives up in Ann Arbor and he's trying to get his wife to move down here. I really enjoy this site with all the scooter info. I'm learning a lot. Thanks to all the contributers.....AMF |

Well , finally got the converter box and antenna for John, so he can watch TV for a few hours when he is here watching the kids. i might not even need the antenna, gonna try that. it was $22 and the converter box was $49. so like $75. Now when they were giving them away for free, i almost got one, FOR FREE but decided id never need one i use DISH-TV. Oh well
I'm just testing the new reply/quote function to see if it works as I was told. As you can see the quote I picked was Terrilee all the way back to Feb. 25th, pretty neat. JR |

I enjoy the cold as long as it is 65 or above I will bass fish at 60 but 70 is my limit on riding.
