Hi
Walking or playing on railroad tracks or the right-of-way on either side of the tracks is trespassing. It is illegal and can be deadly.
So hes breaking the law and is very reckless, what type of moron posts videos of themselves doing illegal acts on line for all to see law enforcement included

I've worked in a company before that repaired trains.
This guy got VERY lucky, the train didn't have the metal brushes in the center.
It is possible to do what he does, there's quite some clearance; however, some trains have metal brushes under them, that hit certain mid-rail points, to change rail direction on rail intersections, or to let the operator in the tower know where the train is located.
These steel brushes are very easy to get hung up in your hair.
Once they grab you, you're splashed pizza!
