It was being too RICH.
I have put the STOCK jet which came from the STOCK carburetor(which I heard the size is to be about #75).
and the problem is solved!
Now I can run over 50 miles per hour and the engine is running smooth.
people say I need to up jet when I put 80cc BBK(AKA 100cc bbk on ebay) to about #

, but I think Stock jet is just fine. I don't see no sign of being lean with stock jet.

I have backed my throttle 1/4 inch when the bogging happens and the engine still bogged so I knew it was being too rich.
