thanks to alleyoop! It was being too RICH. I have put the STOCK jet which came from the STOCK carburetor(which I heard the size is to be about #75). and the problem is solved! Now I can run over 50 miles per hour and the engine is running smooth. people say I need to up jet when I put 80cc BBK(AKA 100cc bbk on ebay) to about # , but I think Stock jet is just fine. I don't see no sign of being lean with stock jet. thanks Alleyoop!

FANTASTIC!! Did you use the Trick of the Trade to find out which condition it was RICH OR LEAN? Alleyoop

yes. I have backed my throttle 1/4 inch when the bogging happens and the engine still bogged so I knew it was being too rich.
