Hello, I have a Roketa MC-17 50 scooter. It has been running rough occasionally, hard to start at times or when on the road running great then staggering a bit and come out of it. Finally would not start. Took into a repair place said it had no spark. They replaced the magneto and the carburetor. Has spark, runs, but will not accelerate. Any ideas on what could be the issue..
