Hi so I bought a 150cc scooter to fix and this one is a real head scratcher. The scooter was practically all taken apart when I got it so I knew I had challenge. I got a new battery, starter, spark plug, ignition coils, and CDI box. So what is happening is when I try to start it up it's turns over once than studders like the starter is bad and the solenoid starts clicking, replaces the starter nothing changed and also switched the solenoid from a working 150cc scooter and nothing changed. Now when I take the spark plug out it turns over easily but as soon as I put my finger to block the spark plug hole its like the starter is to weak. I've tried giving it more power by using a jump start box didn't make much of a difference. I've checked the valves to see if they are stuck and they aren't. My only two guesses are either adjust the valves or something internally in the engine.ive also checked the time on the cam to see if they maybe installed it wrong but everything checks out.
Any advice would be helpful and thank you for taking your time to read this.
