Need Help!!!!!!! taotao 50 wont start  By  kell (Read 180 times)

I bought a used 2015 taotao 50. scooter was not running when i got it for super low. I have changed battery, cdi, gas tank, fuel filter, fuel lines, vacuum lines, air box, new carb, new spark plug, new petcock. I have checked for spark and its good. compression is good, and fuel flow is good. I just replaced the piston and went to the 80cc big bore kit .

I can't get this thing started. what else should i check and change.  I am new to this scooter world. Scooter has 2400 miles on it. it cranks but will not start.
