can any one tell me what could be wrong , I had been running my moped without proper exhaust , three days ago I was riding at about 45mph when it started to loose power, it stayed running slowing down to a stop the died , have not been able to start since. Almost as if I have no compression or not enough fire , regardless it will not start ,

Can't tell for sure but you may have a seized motor.

burned exhaust valve is my thought.
You definitely don't have a seized motor that would mean it won't turn over at all.
