Hello Everybody
I think the float valve in my carburetor is not closing all the way, allowing the carb bowl to over fill.So gas is leaking from the short hose on the carb.Is there something simple i can do to fix this or do i need a whole new carb?

It could be as simple as taking the carb apart and cleaning it (may be stuck). While in there, take a look at the float itself and the float needle to see if anything is wrong (bad/defective needle, bad float...etc).
There is an adjustable metal tab on the float (the needle sits on it) that can be moved to change the point when the float is completely closed.
There are carb rebuild kits out there if it comes down to it.
