using 5 wire rectifier regulator instead of 4 wire ?  By  homey (Read 1,940 times)

i had done the no ground mod to my gy6 150cc stator, and the trailtech unit failed.   i dont want to buy another for 60 bucks.  so i was going to swap out a 4 wire universal.   but i went to scooter store, they have only a 5 wire.   i cant seem to find a wiring diagram for this 5 wire!   but it has 2 yellows, a red, a green, and a black.

do you know what these wires should be hooked up to?

is black just a voltage sense line?   the yellows are AC input, i know that.   the green i understand is ground.   and red is regulated output.
