OK, we all know Don Johnson was macho... Despite the fact his "Bren-Ten" pistol was a total failure in real life, and caused retakes in the show when it failed. Almost kept the 10mm and .40 cal. from becoming the successes they are in other makers' weapons... Wonder if he was macho enough to engage in a REAL gunfight with such a dismally performing pistol?
He still gets my vote...
But... Remember Don Knotts (Barney Fife) facing life and death danger to "nip it in the bud" with but ONE bullet for his trusty Colt... LOL!
Oh well... At least he could count on that one bullet actually discharging (whether he or Andy wanted it to or not...). That's pretty macho!
When Don Knotts passed on, his estate included a load of ammo of all sorts and calibers sent to him by fans who wanted him to have more than one bullet! Now THAT is MACHO!
