After rebuilding top end on 49cc Solana the scooter had little power (20mph tops). Customer brought it back yesterday and now it won't turn over past the compression stroke. Any help guys?  |

BTW Compression was at 30 psi when it came in.

is it a squishy jam or a hard clonk
because you should be able to kick it even if it has a perfect seal. There may be an issue with the starter motor
an abrasive in the oil will damage the seal on the starter allowing oil to fill it. It still works when oil filled but it is very weak at high RPM do to friction
